Susan Alvarez Architecture PLLC is a comprehensive firm focused on creating luxurious residential homes. I am passionate about designing spaces blend innovation with practicality. With 21 years of experience in high-end residential projects, I have realized my dream of establishing my own practice in 2024. I take pride in having embraced BIM software early on, which allows us to produce accurate architectural drawings and enables clients to visualize their designs through 3D renderings and walkthroughs, significantly minimizing change orders during construction. My ultimate goal is to craft homes that provide joy and comfort and prioritize listening to clients' needs to bring their visions to life.
